greetings... i am a general services contractor of 30+ years, in north olmsted - and i do just about everything (and i service mainly the west side of cuyahoga county, i will travel up to 30 minutes from north olmsted)... i can raise a house from the dust, and install and service almost anything in it... i'm cfc certified in (hvac), and i'm certified in naval boilers - (airconditioning/heating/cooling/refrigeration)... i only charge a $20 trip charge, and $20 an hour - no matter what i'm working on... i can supply the materials, or you can - and you can work with me if you are capable and if you like, to keep your costs down (i'm very flexible)... i do repairs of all kinds, equipment, appliances, almost anything - and i can build or modify anything you want, pretty much (from just a photo or a sketch, or prints)... if i can't fix it, there is no charge... available 24/7/365 - pager=(440)979-8215 (not voicemail, you must enter your phone number on a touch tone phone...
